Polegate Circular, 27 April

This is now a circular walk of 10 miles.

Travel. Outwards train details remain the same:  Victoria 9.24, arr Polegate 10.39

The Walk. The walk goes to  Jevington, South Downs Way to the top of the Old Man of Wilmington, Down to Wilmington village then back to Polegate via Folkington. 

This is quite a challenging walk, around 10 miles, with two major ascents (one very steep), and a steep descent. So sticks essential, also a picnic lunch and rainwear as showers are forecast.

 I have had to change the walk following the recce, and have not recently recce-ed the final leg so patience will be needed.
